Hello beauties! May has finally arrived and although many states haven’t fully reopened yet, I’m sure the warmer weather will put a smile on our faces. Last months haul was small just like March but I still had some goodies to test out.
If you haven’t read my last haul post, you can check it out here. All products are from my month,y Boxy Charm subscription, so let’s get into this haul for the month of April.
Makeup
Starting off with makeup I got the Zoeva Taupe palette that features 10 neutral shades, Iconic London highlighter, the Benefit POREfessional face primer, a 5 brush rainbow set, eyelashes and a Too Faced dazzling lip gloss. Check out my instagram to see what look I created using these products.
Skincare
As for skincare I got some new goodies that I tried out. First the pore toner by Peach & Lily which works great with my Peach & Lily hydrating gel cleanser. Formulated with AHAs it helps to loosen the dead skin cells to help maintain clean pores. Another goodie that I got was the Farmacy Beauty Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask. Be on the lookout for my review on this product. The last skincare item I got is the Age Away Replenishing Cream by Lavido. I haven’t heard of this brand but it’s anti-aging properties help to reduce the appearance of dryness, wrinkles and rough texture. I used it as a hand lotion since they tend to be more drier now with washing my hands more. I would use this product as both a face moisturizer and for my hands.
Hair
As for hair I received a protein smoothing spray by IGK Hair. I’m not sure if I’ll use it because it’s more of a heat protectant for blowouts and I always wear my hair curly or in a puff. However, if I need to flat iron a wig, I’m sure this will come in handy as a protectant. I also received a dry oil spray that can be used for face, body and hair. It’s a fast absorbing oil that delivers moisture without the greasy feeling. I used it on my hair to give my curls a little refresh before my next wash day.
